First as a friend and as the President of RCL Beaverbrook Branch 316 my sincere condolences to Roger’s family and friends. I have only good thoughts of my friend, Roger, we go way back to teenagers walking the streets of Waubaushene in all seasons. I can still hear his laugh! We shared memories of dressing up as Disney characters for the Tay Santa Claus parade! Our birthdays were only a few days apart, those Libras! Roger’s service as the Waubaushene bartender for several years are forever in our hearts. His decorating, his commitment, his love of Beaverbrook Branch 316 will never be forgotten. Lest we forget, forever in our hearts Comrade Sibley!

Roger was such a great kind funny person.
You have been loved as a family friend for many years Roger.

Say hello to mom and dad for me.

To the Sibley family,
We were so sorry to hear of Roger’s passing. We send our sincere condolences to all of you. We always found Roger so friendly and upbeat whenever or wherever we met him. Roger, when we first met, you thought I was too loud and had too much energy. Then, I told you I was from Manitoulin Island, and we immediately bonded. We shared stories and memories in our one to one visits. I miss you and your incredible devoted sister her husband. . Rest in peace
