Obituary of William "Bill" Roper

Passed away peacefully at his home in Severn Township, with his family at his side on Saturday July 11, 2020 at the age of 80. Beloved companion of Gail Whidden. Loved father of Peter (Bobbi Anne), Bonnie (Russell), and his extended family Anne (Jeff), Ronnie (Janeca), Steve (Suzanne), and Mike (Cheryl). Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Dear brother of Mike (Jackie). Predeceased by his sister Mary Jane Williams and by his brother Bob. As requested by Bill, he will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held and announced at a later date. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Bill may be made to the RVH “Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre”, Barrie and may be made through the funeral home.
