Sincere condolences to Charmaine's family. I was fortunate to reconnect with her over the last few years and will anyways cherish the wonderfully fond memories of our childhood days as neighbours on Alma Street in Hagersville. Her journey ended far too soon.

Charmaine was such a wonderful person, with personality, vitality and a great ability to do her absolute best and then some when on the job. I know she had a number of challenges at the time I knew her and she never would show it. I am really moved by her passing. Much too soon, and not having the chance to enjoy all that she has achieved through family and work. My sincerest of condolences to Ralph and family.

Rest In Peace Charmaine. Working with Char at the Region of Haldimand-Norfolk and the County of Haldimand, during budget time always kept one on one’s toes! She certainly was a bright, vivacious and determined young woman. Happy that she reached her goal of holding the treasurer’s position. Taken away too early in life, may her family find some solace in their hearts.

Ralph, Chelsea and Jarod - Sending sincere condolences on the loss of Charmaine. I met Char at the beginning of Haldimand County just over 20 years ago when she had to work out of the shower room at the old Cayuga OPP station during transition - and we have been colleagues ever since. Char's passion for the County was always evident and her eyes lit up anytime there were budget/finance talks. The only time I saw her eyes shine brighter was when she talked about her kids and family. Cherish the happy memories during this difficult time. My heart goes out to all of you.
