The Kennedy's and the Speck's grew up like family. I have nothing but very fond memories of your Mom (and your Dad) who were always so warm and welcoming any time we got together. They always made everyone feel comfortable and included. My sincere sympathies to Jeff, David, Kim and Erin, and their respective families, at such a difficult time. I am also very sorry that I am unable to attend the funeral to see you all - but I cannot be away from work today. I do hope that if there is any opportunity to get together over the Christmas holidays that you will reach out. I would love to see you guys. I send you my support on such a difficult day.

From the shy young teenager that I sometimes studied with, Marlee became a beautiful wife and mother to 4 wonderful children.
After caring for her, which you all did so well, you were there to support her on her journey to a better place where her beloved
Norman is waiting. Please know that our prayers are with you in this difficult time.
We had plans to be there for the funeral , but the day didn't work for the boys, and I have bronchitis We will be in touch later
Love from Yvonne, Michael and David Speck.

To the Kennedy Family
The Shore Family would like to express our most sincere condolences to the Kennedy Family for the recent loss of their dear Marlee. Living across the park from Michigan drive on Montford drive in the 1960's the Shore family was always welcome and familiar with the Kennedy home as were most of the kids in the neighborhood. This was thanks to how Marlee was in her domain, we always felt comfortable and l seem to remember treats from her kitchen. Over the years on any occasion Marlee and Norm were always kind, warm and loving to our family, from the St. Pats Anglican Church days until more recent times. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kennedy Family, we wish Marlee well on her next adventures with her beloved Norm.

Dear Kennedy Family,
We are so very sad to learn of the passing of Marlee, a much loved and dear friend. We have known the Kennedy family for 70 years, since we were neighbours on Calderon Crescent in North York! Our parents, Marlee and Norm and Lillian and Wally became fast friends as they raised their young families and began their life journeys. Together they created many precious memories throughout the years. Though we are sad to lose Marlee,. we are happy to know that she has joined her beloved Norm on the other side. God bless you both, Marlee and Norm.
With infinite love,
The Smythe Family

I have such fond memories of my dear Aunt Marlee. Greg and I went a lot to their house and spent a lot of time in the basement with them and her dear Mom and her dear dear cat “Patsy”. I just remember your Mom always laughing at Uncle Norm’s antics etc. Always such fun, and we were there alot. I remember Dave had a piraña fish, that caused all kinds of laughter!!
Such a huge loss, to our family, but I know you have many happy happy memories to help sustain you at this sad time!
BIG HUGS!
