My deepest condolences to all Mrs. McIndoo's family. Although she was not my teacher in 1977/78 where I attended Warminster school I soon learned how kind, caring, and warm she really was. I got to know Merna while she was at Champlain Manor. She was one of the kindest, friendliest, cheerful and pleasant person I have had the pleasure of knowing. She was a joy to be around and she will be missed greatly. She made a difference to the lives of the staff and residents at Champlain. Valerie Hambly

Ray and Regina Jimmy and Thomas I’m so sorry to hear of your Mom, Grandmother. My deepest sympathies in your loss. I always remember Merna as a soft spoken, gentle and kind soul. She always made you feel so welcome, even us as children. I have many fond memories of her at the farm and so grateful our parents were such good friends.
