I’m sure today will be difficult for all the Stanton, Potter& Thomson families. Thanksgiving has always been a time for family gatherings. Losing 2 beloved moms in 2 months is incredibly hard. I don’t think anyone left knows me as I’ve been gone from Orillia nearly 50 years & now live far away in Virginia, but when we were kids, Beth & I were good friends. Corrine & Beth we’re my only 2nd cousins. (Our English grandfathers were brothers). I have recently lost both of my sisters, so my generation is coming to an end… I am sorry for your loss and the unexpectedness of it must make her absence feel unreal. I am praying for the family and wish I was close enough to be there in person. May God be with you & comfort you! Cousin Barb (Timm) Gentry

Beth was so loved by many and will be greatly missed. My second mom growing up, she was always there with a smile, some treats, and a ride to school for years! The path between our homes was a connection of our families for over 50 years. Even though we won’t be using that path again, that bond will always be there. Condolences from my family to yours♥️

Beth will always be remembered for her warm smile and cup of coffee. We were next door neighbors for 55 years. She was always there to help in any way possible from raising our girls or cutting down a cherry tree. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and many friends.
